Shop Terms & Conditions
These Terms will apply to any contract between Ambiente Flamenco for the sale of Products to you (Contract). Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products from our website. By purchasing from Ambiente Flamenco you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Every time you wish to order Products, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time. These Terms were most recently updated on 31st August 2018. These Terms, and any Contract between us, are only in the English language.
Purchasing from Ambiente Flamenco
Our shop pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.
Age restriction: If you are a consumer, you may only purchase products from Ambiente Flamenco if you are at least 18 years old
Full payment is required prior to completion of your order. You can use the Paypal buttons provided or contact us if you are ordering a custom item and we will send you a bespoke PayPal invoice. Once payment has been received we will begin the preparation of your item. The majority of products offered are made-to-order items. Production starts from the moment that we receive payment from you, so please be aware that once you have confirmed your order we will be unable to admit any changes or amendments to the order details.
If you're lucky enough to have received a discount code please contact us to apply it to your order! Please note, unless otherwise specified, discount codes are only valid for Ambiente Flamenco Dancewear.
Delivery of an Order shall be completed when the delivery service deliver the Products to the address you gave us and the Products will be your responsibility from that time. You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.
Products returned through non-delivery to an address or non-collection from a postal depot will incur a redelivery charge.
We offer worldwide shipping. If you do request international shipping, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches the destination. Please note that Ambiente Flamenco has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. Ambiente Flamenco will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
Any delivery dates stated or implied are approximate only. Delays, acts or omissions of a third party carrier are outside of our control. Please contact us within 3 weeks of your estimated delivery date to let us know if your parcel hasn't arrived so that we can assist in tracing your parcel. Returns (Ambiente Flamenco Dancewear & Graphic Tees):
For faulty or damaged items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us prior to returning any item as we are unable to accept returns without prior notice. You are responsible for the cost of return postage, however we are happy to work with PayPal's free return shipping scheme ‑ find out more details here
Please note, all items (except
Ready-to-Wear items) are made to order especially for you, so we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for a problem with the size or color ordered. Please always make sure that you order the correct size and color using the size chart and fabric gallery ‑ don't hesitate to contact us if you need any clarification or advice
If we do agree to accept a return from you we will refund you the price you paid for the Product(s). However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. Our items are packaged in such a way that you can easily examine them on receipt and repackage if necessary. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the item(s) whilst they are in your possession. Returned items must be complete, undamaged, include supplies and all documentation and gifts that were part of the canceled transaction. Missing parts or damaged merchandise will be deducted from the final refund.
If we do agree to accept a return from you we will refund any delivery costs you have paid, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer delivery of a Product by UK Standard mail or International Standard mail at one cost but you choose to have the Product delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.
Please mark the parcel as 'Returned Goods'. We are not responsible for any customs charges incurred if you fail to do so, and any charge incurred, including the Royal Mail Handling Fee, will be deducted from your refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS – Where items arrive damaged or missing, we will need photographic evidence of the item and/or packaging within 48 hours of receipt in order to claim from the postal service involved. Refunds or replacements (where possible) will be offered when goods are damaged or lost in the post. Please retain the item and packaging until advised you may dispose of, in the event of a postal service investigation.
Returns (Roberto Garrudo Flamenco Shoes):
In accordance with the applicable legislation in force regarding warranties for consumer goods, our products are guaranteed from the date on the purchase invoice, although in the first six months any defects found in the product will be presumed to correspond to a manufacturing error, except when proven otherwise, the consumer must provide evidence that said defect is indeed a factory fault. Roberto Garrudo will process the guarantee with the technical service of the product’s manufacturer. Once the article has been analyzed by said technical services team, one of the following situations will occur:
• The technical services team fixes the product and returns it to the client.
• The technical services team replaces the product for a new one. In this scenario, the same article will ALWAYS be replaced (except when the same is out of stock).
• The technical services team deems the product has no manufacturing defect and does not undertake exchange or repair. In this scenario, the original product will be returned to the client.
Under no circumstances will the product be considered defective when the deterioration of the same is the result of its normal use by the user following delivery or when, having fulfilled the quality standards and conditions established by the manufacturer and published on our web site, the product does not suit the needs or the expectations of the user.
The client may exchange any article (except custom made) not to their liking or that does not fit them whenever the following conditions are fulfilled:
The client has a period of 15 calendar days from the date of reception of the goods to return a product. The essential requirements to be able to carry out a refund are:
• That the product is new, without signs of use, with the original packaging and labels.
• That the product has not been tampered with.
• The original invoice or receipt of purchase.
If the product fulfills the above-mentioned conditions, the client will be able to change the article for another one of a different size or for another model that we have in stock, costs incurred from the product’s return will be borne by the client, and the latter will have to send us the original product to the following postal adders:

Products & Pricing
Prices for our partners' products are shown using current exchange rates and are updated on a daily basis in order to make sure that you get the most accurate price. This may cause a slight fluctuation in price from one day to the next - the product page will make clear if this type of pricing applies.
Our site contains a large number of Products. It is always possible that, despite reasonable efforts, some of the Products on this site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Products you have ordered we will contact you to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or canceling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as canceled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mis-pricing, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
All products offered via our online shop are available to the best of our knowledge, however there are rare cases in which our suppliers may be temporarily out of stock. If this case does apply Ambiente Flamenco will contact you immediately to advise you of the updated production time for your order, or to offer you an alternative. Ambiente Flamenco will not be responsible for any compensation or damages in this case. If you would like to check stock prior to your order, please don't hesitate to contact us as we will be happy to assist.
Tablaos, Courses and Activities
Ambiente Flamenco offers a range of Flamenco Shows and Activities via our affiliate links. If you decide to contract any of these services or products you will be directed to a third party website where you will complete the transaction and you will be required to accept the Terms & Conditions of the third party website.
• Our Gift Vouchers must be redeemed directly through Ambiente Flamenco, as full or part payment of products from our Website. A Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Voucher. The "Add to Cart" buttons do not function with gift vouchers. Please contact us to redeem your gift voucher and we will be happy to assist
• Gift Vouchers are valid for all products in our online store unless otherwise stated in the product description. They are not redeemable against any class, show or event on our listings pages, or products and services offered via our affiliate sites.
• When ordering a direct email Gift Voucher, you should ensure to enter the recipient's email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Voucher
• All Gift Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue. If you would like the issue date to be at a later date (for Christmas or Birthday gifts for example) please let us know at the time of order. The voucher will be valid from this date for a period of 12 months
• Site offers and promotions do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers
• Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
• Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed against products purchased in the same currency as the Gift Voucher
• Where Products purchased online with a Gift Voucher are returned, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Voucher
• We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances

As a UK based company, all transactions and agreements will be considered entered into in the UK and are subject to UK law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts. In the case of any legal claim or dispute, the case will be brought before the courts of England and the UK.
