Ankle Weights

This is for hardcore Flamenco dancers only... Are you at a bit of a plateau when it comes to footwork? Don't seem to be able to improve your speed or stamina with your usual practice techniques? Why not take a tip from the great Farruquito himself ‑ use ankle weights in your rehearsals! The extra weight helps strengthen the legs and ankles and, when you dance without them (on stage), you will feel much lighter on your feet, making your footwork cleaner, stronger and maybe even faster!
